Specks don't appear to be bugs .. I can say that the leaves do feel rather dry to the touch also. not ruling out bugs , definitely possible. either the nute water splashed on it causing a burn or there are bugs I'm guessing the 2 most likely reasons for the brown and small holes.

Like in your other question, no plant will ever have 100% perfect leaves, 100% of the time. It could be absolutely nothing but a slight defect/injury, or could also be your theory of fertilizers on the leaves. Bugs are usually underneath the leaves and have different "evidence" than these marks, generally being circular, speckled, or in lines. Wind/air circulation will not deter bugs, but can prevent fungus. Besides, I personally don't think either of these is responsible for the burn marks. Please see my opinion which I gave in your earlier question. Thanks,.......... Organoman.

Hey Mate, looks more like a pH-caused nutrient problem... Did you check the bottom of your leaves for any bugs? Just had a look at your diary, I´ve seen you be using one of the new MH Light? Too much light could also be a possible reason for this specks and yellowed leaf-tips. A PPFD:1000 umol/m²s is no joke. For your comparison, my Sanlight Q6W has a PPFD of around 550umol/m²s and I´m above canopy about 80cm (31). Good luck and happy trails for the rest of the way! Servus, OimRausch👍

Get an oscillating fan on the leaves, enough that you can see them rustling/moving. If it's bugs or fungus etc., they'll have a much harder time settling onto the leaf and proliferating with the air exchange.
