First time topper

So as a newbie grower I will be trying to top my plant for the first time. The 6th node is developing and about ready to snip off. I was wondering if there is a proper time during day to do it? Does light schedule timing have any effect?

I think as long as your plants healthy and growing vigorously, then there isn't a wrong time to do it. I think plants enjoy a lot of their attention in the morning and then they can spend the day relaxing and healing...but some people may totally disagree with me and think the opposite is true. I just know I do a lot of morning work.
The only thing i can say for certain, is some strains/breeders have it pegged down as when to NOT top your plants...for example Ethos mandarin cookies you never top within 10 days of flowering.

Height autoflowersMy white widow auto is now 68 cm - 27 inch. I try to maintain light at 30cm-12 inch but she grows at 20cm-8 inches. what if she grows more and it poses a ploblem with light LED penetration ? Should I do sthing (topping, LST) or it's too late ? And I continue to turn up the light?

Indian Mango- 17 weeks outside grow and no flower! Need AdviceIm Growing Indian Mango Weed in the open. It's been 17 weeks since I put the seed. It's grown about 5 feet but no flowering as yet.
