Is it better to top an autoflower or just use LST ...

LST all day. Autos really love to just be left alone...that being said pushing her a little bit and bending lightly works wonders :) Good luck

Hey there! Both can be done but LST is usually a better option for auto's due to thing being on a "timer" of sorts if they get stressed from topping its not like a photoperiod where you can just let it veg longer to bounce back. Not saying topping cannot be done it is just a little safer to do LST but if you feel like it you can top just do it on a very healthy vigorously growing plant. Happy Growing!🙏

Wow its very rare to see here a Male Flowering plant. Do you want to produce some seeds=? And to your question it always depends in the strain wich actions you can take on autoflowers. But LST works very well on them. For topping i would choose only very vigor growing plants. and not overdo the topping. Because every action you do on her is stress, and she dont have time to recover, because her lifecircle is very short.
