I would trim a few of the top fan leaves that are blocking light from your lower bud sites. People say that autos dont like defoliation, but mine havent shown any signs of stress from it. I tried the leaf tucking and it turns into a constant daily battle trying to keep them out of the way. Just trim them to keep the light penetrating as far as you can into the lower branches.

I can never get tucking to be effective personally. I defoliate, the plants always seem to like it in my experience. Have fun!

This is pretty much personal opinion I believe as different strains and phenos will react differently to both method but a good rule of thumb is, if you can avoid any type of stress its best to go with leaf tucking IF that's an option. If you are going to do any defoliation for it to be effective you should do it fairly early in flowering cause when you near the end I found myself it become pretty much useless. Best of luck ;)
