Should I try and help them out by removing the shell, or just let them chillax and enjoy the humidity and light?

Hello Do not touch the hull! Let nature do very light watering and cover your plant with a cup for three or four days that will make it a small greenhouse To keep it with a humidity of 70 to 80% May the strength be with you 💪

@Phisman I quite often get impatient and help remove the shell but only when It seems to be having trouble shedding it itself. The seed casing acts like a hinge after germination and if it cant come away naturally you can intervene with a fine razor blade although you need to be ultra careful and dont try to force it off rather than gently open the shell and it should pop right off.
