I noticed that the EC Runoff level is lower than what I am feeding to the plants? Is this a good or bad thing. Any suggestions?

It's a normal thing and it's good for you : it means your babies are eating nutrients, which tends to decrease the electrical conductivity. I'll be around, happy growing bro!

Yes the soil is absorbing some of the nutrients from the solution effectively filtering it

Light penetration for inner defoliation?? Outdo
High, y’all. This is Dark Star from T.H. Seeds. She’s a broad-leaved Indica 3 weeks into flower. Looking up into my plant I’m getting 15% light pen or so. Should I be shooting for a certain percentage or perhaps clean out a majority of the inner veg? 2nd year (legal) grower.

defoliate during flowering
I defoliated the girls a week before I flipped. Now they are on their first week 12/12 cycle. The bushyness has bounced back right up and it's touching each other. should I leave it till flowering day 21 or cut back now, but I'm worry it will stunt any growth?

Pruning auto flower fan leaves? Week 8 of 13
Should I be pulling fan leaves off my plants? There’s a few covering up lower bud sites but I’m unsure how pruning will effect my auto flowers. (See diary week 8 for more photos) Thanks!

Defoliation needed?
Do I need to get rid of these small leaves and stems beneath the canopy for better yield? [Auto flower : flowering stage week 3] Or... to what extent can an auto be pruned at this stage? Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated!

Defoliating outdoor plants. Yes/no
Do you guys defoliate outdoor plants? If yes how do you choose when is the right time to defoliate a flowering plant? Size of flowers, after stretch or maybe just few weeks after starting flowering phase? Thank for the info, I am trying to understand if I fucked it up 😬

Did I FIM and train correctly enough?
hoping my plant looks like she's supposed to. She is an autoflower, and I did a lot of stressful training. FIM, LST, and defoliation. I wont be training her from here on, I don't want to add more stress. last grow with same seed started showing bananas 2 weeks before harvest.

Too late to train?
Just discovered this is not an autoflower and I should have topped, stress trained or tried some techniques to reduce height and increase yield. Is it too late now? Should I at least defoliate? Would you recommend I replant in a bigger pot? (dont want it to grow anymore)

At around 2 weeks of age, can I remove the big leaves yet? It blocks alot, (i feel), and 2 of the bottom first ones got yellow spots in them, otherwise good green color and growth. Should I try to bend the very top more? The stem seems pretty stiff already, first early lst.

Input on if I defoliated right?
I defoliated about 15-20% last night right before feeding, I've never took off that much before, she isn't drooping at all this morn and seems to look good. Jus looking for input advice on if I did it right or not, u really can't tell how much I took off. Thoughts appreciated.

Light defoliation?
Should I defoliate to open her up a lil bit? She is pretty bushy and some of the lower bud sites r not getting light. If I did I would do it very lightly, jus looking for advice and input plzz. Would it do more harm then good? I've read mixed opinions.

Autoflower defoliate
Should I be defoliating? With her being an autoflower I read you should leave them alone but she just keeps on making new buds at the bottom of the plant. Should I remove a few to help the canopy above or just let her do her stuff?

Removing big fan leaves
Last night I began removing the lower big fan leaves, but only the ones that are over 75% yellow and brown, and leaving all that are green. I saw more growth this morning so I think I'm fine so far. Should I remove the big green fan leaves or wait till they turn yellow?

As I move further into flower and the buds are starting to put on a bit of weight, Should I start to slowly defoliate some of the larger fan leaves? Heard some very varied opinions on this but havent seen massive impact either way.

Defoliating FastBuds Autos
Hey Auto Growers. I am wondering what you think about defoliating autos. I’ve had differing results and don’t want to stunt them. Mostly the AH & JH to let light in. I’ve tried tucking but they just pop out in the wind. If yes when is the best time. Thanks, Happy Growing 🌱
