It would definitely be beneficial that's why so many growers are using it. It will help spread the plants over an even canopy of light 🌱👍

Should I ScrOG or not? Can I ScrOG this grow or too late?Would it be possible, and/or advisable to install a screen in my grow? Continue tie-down or start using a scrog netSince it seems like I can do LST for quite a while longer, and I do technically have a scrog net lying around;Would you guys continue with the tie-down method, or position a scrog net 5-10 cm over the current canopy and guide the plant through the net? Some guidance for ScrOG please@22cm & preflowering for about 4-5 days. Haven't noticed any stretching (~2-3cm)
When do I start with the ScrOG and at what height should one set the net ?
Also curious about defoliation: Right now, I keep tucking the fan leaves under the smaller ones.
