Once I have flipped to flowering stage 12/12 light cycle, should I continue to tuck under the ScrOG? If so how long?

Damn son! That's full! I suggest your least-effort and most-effective option now is to build a second screen above that one (30 cm or so). Then you basically use that second screen to tuck the stretching colas so they don't get too tall or close to the light.

Wow, you got a pretty packed screen already! Lol so when you flip to flower you are gonna see them stretch out for about the first 3 weeks. I generally keep tucking them untill about 2 weeks into flower then let them grow up about a 8-12 inches above the screen. If anything gets above this mark after the 2 weeks just tuck it back down again. The goal is to Try and get your canopy even about 8-12 inches above your screen for the final third week. I like to trim everything below the screen just before I flip to flower, then at the three week mark into flowering you can do a final defoliation and take off all the larger guard leafs blocking sites and anything that might get in the way of your light getting to internodes above the screen. This will open up your entire screen and get an abundance of light to all nodes. Hope this helps, cheers 💨
