Bud washing to prevent bud rot? and water curing?

Hi guys, has anyone ever heard if bud washing helps prevent the development of bud rot while drying? Or does it make it worst? And what about water curing? would that be a good option if you risk your crop to be destroyed by bud rot?

you don't have to do this for indoor plants. just outdor. be careful with the humidity around 50% 60% at the time of drying so that there is no danger of rotting. I hope I helped 👊
