Hi mate,
Now, please take a look at my grow room, not how it started but how it is now.
Short answer: Yes you can, easily. My diaries are living proof of that. A few recommendations would be for you to invest in;
-Fan
-Thermo Meter (So you know your temperatures and room humidity) Not expensive either.
-Carbon Filter (Not needed in the early stages but later on)
If you need any information or tips on set up buddy, send me a message and i'll help you set up the perfect conditions. Its not hard nor is it rocket science, but it can be overwhelming trying to sort everything out at once. But I promise you it is more than doable. Hope this helps. Good luck ;)

Yes you can do long as you can keep natural light from entering the room. Your growing autos here but it’s still not great to mess with their schedule. Enjoy

Like a balcony grow? Sure that's how many start. Autos are specially suited for that; photoperiods not so much, since they need they need the 12 hour of uninterrupted darkness to flower and that's hard to achieve without a closed grow space

you can, just you won't have the full control on the environment as would be in a growroom and the yield won't be at it's best.
it is also possible you don't have the proper conditions in your room for growing cannabis

Hi fellow growers! Light question. Using a 600w LED with veg and flower switches. I’ve been using both spectrums since starting flower as I figured 600w full spectrum is better than 300w just flower?
