Did I remove too much growth?

Whether you took too much or not, it is what it is. I personally don't think it was too much given the stage she's at - perfect time to do major trimming... but if you have to defoliate again (and you may!), try not to be as aggressive... She's a very bushy plant and I can understand your decision to defoliate as much as you did... and the plant doesn't look like it was bothered very much! That's a plus! High, you did a great job with the defoliation!!! You can see from the side that there are no leaves stacked on eachother and that there is enough airflow. When you look from above you can see that the light can reach all the leaves and future buds. So you did a perfect job! Keep up the good work! 😋
