Did I remove too much growth?

Did I cut too much? She was getting so bushy that there was water puddling on the leaves. She’s in very early stage of flowering and didn’t plan on cutting again but she’s growing like crazy. Pictures are before- After and after top view

No your fine. I strip mine to an inch of their life and they bounce back. Key is healthy plants before you defoliate . Yours look healthy so your good. I strip until they are done stretching after that don't strip much just the odd leaf. As they need to focus on buds with no stress.

Whether you took too much or not, it is what it is. I personally don't think it was too much given the stage she's at - perfect time to do major trimming... but if you have to defoliate again (and you may!), try not to be as aggressive... She's a very bushy plant and I can understand your decision to defoliate as much as you did... and the plant doesn't look like it was bothered very much! That's a plus! Good looking grow - and good luck with the rest of the journey!

High, you did a great job with the defoliation!!! You can see from the side that there are no leaves stacked on eachother and that there is enough airflow. When you look from above you can see that the light can reach all the leaves and future buds. So you did a perfect job! Keep up the good work! 😋

Its looks a bit aggressive to me, but it should recover just fine. Typically I aim to remove less then30% of its total leaves if i decided to defoliate. I like to use LST first and spread the branches out as more leaves=more energy This looks like you lollipopped your plant. Again it will recover, just might notice it takes a week though to bounce back. FYI: We will not be notified of any reply or tag [@] in the questions part of the website, if you need to reach out with other information use your DM "direct mailbox" in the bottom right hand corner of the page. it looks like a little paper airplane icon. Best Of Luck!
