White hair-like worms in runoff

What are those little hairlike white worms in my runoff? I use mills nutrients Are they dangerous for my plant? Is flowering now and it looks amazing You can find them on the bottom, they look like hairs but they move - PurpleDoll

These are Enchyraeids or pot worms but have no fear, they are actually beneficial overall and will not harm your plant.

Potworms indeed :) usually taken as a good sign that the soil your using is high quality if they want to live in it. Typically their of no harm to your plants

Eauderay, I don't think so, gnats have black heads, mine are all white and really really thin and tiny
