Apparently the leaves are pretty good to have in your diet.. wondering if anyone has regularly eaten them as in a salad for a period of time and felt they added a good value to diet?

I don't know where you are located but in N. America there is a cooking show "Bong Appetit" from Vice TV. It's a pot cooking show and they also mention the benefits of the plant. Almost every episode they show some new & interesting way to use the leaves.

With all due respect. You ask a lot of questions with out picking an answer.😞 I actually compost mine for the next years grow. I feel it adds better value to my plants than me.

Im asking questions I do not know the answer too, and I get a lot of different and sometimes contradicting answers, so naturally I may wait to see what answer best fits the question I asked. And I do appreciate all the answers and advice and take them all into account. Issue ive had lately is that my questions will not connect to my grow page, making it hard to keep up with and even harder to go back and find some questions I may have felt like waiting to answer. I don't mean to show disrespect not answering and thank again for all the advice. @DoctorGreenThumb

I actually have I've tried them in a salad and also once juiced. They're good for fiber, pain relief, vitamins & antioxidants.
