Transplanting seedlings, no matter how carefully it is done, will always involve some stress/trauma to the plant and they will take 1-7 days to recover properly, depending on how stressful/traumatic the repotting was and will show a few "unhappy" signals while recovering and will normally get back to full health soon enough. The substrate you are using looks fairly well draining so over watering should not be a problem, besides, watering them well after transplanting is important for recovery, while the roots get re-established. Temps aren't overly critical, unless it is below 10 or over 40. Relative humidity isn't really that critical either, even extremely low is ok and far better than too high, which will just cause fungal/mould problems. I doubt you be fertilizing yet, so I can't see over feeding as an issue either.
Therefore, I would say, by a process of elimination, that your plant is suffering a slight bit of "transplant shock", nothing more, nothing less.
