Is she ready to harvest?

Not now harvest time in my opinion. I think fistils and trichomes colors now white this turns brown and harvest ready 12-18days.

The old school and simple way to tell is by the amount of amber/brown pistols,hairs.They its ready when 75% are amber.I'm surprised they're milky because most of the hairs look like they're white.Hope this helps.She needs at least a 7 day flush.Hope this helps.
