How long to run uvb and where in the 12 hr light cycle to use it?

Hey folks, ive got a t5 24watt uvb bulb putting out nm at 270 to 315, in previous grows i was having this on for 2 hours in the middle of the light cycle each day for the last two weeks of the grow. Part of me is saying thats too long, your thoughts? Cheers

I have uv in my sp250.. how many watts the two or three chips put idk, but they are on all the time. If you are concerned about leaf damage you could put the uv higher then your other lights. I know indoor is different but naturally they are bombarded by uv all the time so one would think they could definitely take more then 2 hours of uv.

Hight Problems I’ve got 3 plants in my tent, but they’re all different heights. To compensate, I’ve hung my light at an angle, so one end is closer to the smaller plants. My question is: Does this help, or am I better off keeping the light level? Any tips for dealing with uneven plant heights?

Started the plants off with 60 watts. Increased to 100 watts today with a 20/5 schedule. Could I increase to the full 150 watts already or should I give them a few days with 100? Thanks in advance for any advice. It’s my first indoor grow with this setup and I’m still learning :)

Height Difference when growing different strains in one tent Im afraid my Gorilla will outgrow the Lemon Cherry significantly in height, will that be a big problem? or will the lemon cherry maybe catch up a bit in full flower so the difference in light intensity wont be that big? both same age.
