The simple answer to this is YES! run your LED light with both “Veg” and “Flower” turned on, and back off the light to reduce the intensity, and your plants will thank you in return with vigorous growth!

Hi, can anyone tell me if it's normal, or why those lower branches are stretching so much? I have only one 50w cob light. Which apparently produces equivalent to 150watt... Is that enough? I have only one plant and a very small grow box. Thanks for any advise :)

WHAT IS CAUSING MY LEAVES TO CURL? (Day 64 pictures)The leaves at the top of the plant seem to be curling up. My first guess is that there is too much light. I recently moved my light down to 12 inches above the canopy. The PPFD should still be under 1,000, but I don't know what else could be causing it. Please help. 🙏6y ago

Power will be out for 24 hrs.Due to a storm in our region I’ve been informed my power will be out until likely tomorrow some time, i currently have one plant in week 8 of veg (photo fem), and 3 seedlings (autos) that will be in the dark for ~24hrs, anyone have experience with this, in sure they will be okSetup. Should i raise the lamp to force the strech?I had the light the past few weeks 30cm over the plant on 100% wich has 930ppfd in 20h duration it was all together 65 DLI.
I want to force the strech from now. Do you think i should raise the light up tp 50cm over the plant?

1. MARS Hydro TS 1000 will not support 4 cannabis plants, correct? Support = Obtaining full plant potential.
2. The Chinese 3000K lighting won’t “hurt” my plants in veg, right? It’s just simply isn’t the lighting that works for veg growth, yea?
