The simple answer to this is YES! run your LED light with both “Veg” and “Flower” turned on, and back off the light to reduce the intensity, and your plants will thank you in return with vigorous growth!

Veg cycle-BloomingHi I ordered a mars hydro ts600w which is arriving either today or tomorrow. I also ordered light timers which I just switched from 24hrs to 18/6. My white widow is currently 5 weeks and my Alaskan purples are 4 weeks. I was wondering if I could start flowering by next week?

New update got my new grow light dialed in.. And the nutes helped a lot seen more growth in one day than I had in the last 23 days!
I am worried that if I place the light at the recommended height (6”) that would be too much so I’m running the lights at 50% power and at 12” away

Will the change from indoors to out trip my plants into flowering?Hi, Guys, I plan to move my plants outdoors next week. Will the change in the light schedule trip them from veg to flower? 78,600 lumens at canopy, ok for pre-flower and flowering?I have recently received a lumen meter. Measuring 78,600 lumen over canopy, is that OK? For my other grow, does anyone know how many lumens seedlings need (at about 25000 now) ? I can convert from PPFD or PAR. Educate me! ThanksWeek 7

raise light and power to get hight temps and better ventingso whats would be best option for me i have my light on 240w (25%) around 3 ft from plants my tent doesn't get over 74 and its not venting as much as id like my ppfd is around the 300 mark should i raise light and turn to 400w (50%)

T5 vs. LED for veg?So I have a T5 light, and I’ve used it to veg quite a bit, and it does really well. My question is, should I use the T5 in just the seedling phase, then use LED for veg and flower? Or will the T5 give me good results throughout the veg cycle?Week 3

Running with black orchid 4" intake ventillation kit and mix flo inline for carbon filter is this a good set up
Or should inopt for the ts1000 with dimmable options my tent is only small and dont want burn etc please help

SF-1000 safe distance and dimmer for seedlings in soil?my seedlings are stretching and not growing in size. soil, autos, dropped in water 7 days ago and moved to soil in solo cups.
What are people running the SF-1000 at for seedlings?
I was at 30" and 20% but that's not good clearly.
