Can I run my led lights on veg&bloom during the veg stage or is it best to stick to just veg

The simple answer to this is YES! run your LED light with both “Veg” and “Flower” turned on, and back off the light to reduce the intensity, and your plants will thank you in return with vigorous growth!

Too little lightI have now tried removing the WPM by smiering 40/60 milk/water on the affected areas. Deep inside the canopy aswell since little to no airflow passes here due to the plant being so deep in the pot. And apart from that the plant recieves 8 hours of light and I cant install a LED.6y ago

Switch to red or keep both?Q: i have 2 switches on my light 1 blue for veg. and 1 red for flowering. Is it better to switch to red alone now I'm in bloom fase? For the grow fase was red and blue on, is it better now for red light or should i keep both on? All help welcome🙂Setup. Lighting

Started the plants off with 60 watts. Increased to 100 watts today with a 20/5 schedule. Could I increase to the full 150 watts already or should I give them a few days with 100? Thanks in advance for any advice. It’s my first indoor grow with this setup and I’m still learning :)Week 1

LightingWow. Thank you so much for the reply. I have been playing with LUX meter app and my light. I was bit skeptical about the lumens that I would get from the 15W but as it turns out, it receives well enough ppfd. Still skeptical about the spectrum i am having.Week 2

Light issuesI have an e720 growers choice light,I've used 25 percent power and my girls were doing beautiful,I figured if I turned up to 50percent they would do better,burned them all and then turned back to 25 and there flourishing,should I try turning it up again or leave well enough aloneSetup. Setting up air cooled refactor.I've got a new air cooled light refractor, a tube like one. I've set it up such as the pic, I'm thinking of putting the extractor where it shows on the pic with the air flow going the way of the arrow, would this be OK?
