The simple answer to this is YES! run your LED light with both “Veg” and “Flower” turned on, and back off the light to reduce the intensity, and your plants will thank you in return with vigorous growth!

NEED ADVICE Which one is best for 4x4 tent? Down to these models, if theres another model that's good and same price range, let me know. Light height Hello all I have a mars hydro tsw 2000. I was noticing the recommended height is 24 inches for seedlings. Is this at 100% intensity? That's well over 1000 ppfd by my meter. I thought seedlings could only handle 200-400?

NEED SOME ADVICE! Change to LED from HPS? which ones are good for tent size? Which ones are good for good yields?I've got a 4x4 tent with 8 seedlings in cups but will be in 11L pots. Currently I had a 600w HPS light but my ballast busted today. I have a back up CFL 150W not to mess up the light schedule. I have scheduled the 8hrs sleep frm 5am-12pm (this is my sleep time) and now that I hve changed my sleep time, I would like to change their sleep time too, from 10pm to 5am.
