The simple answer to this is YES! run your LED light with both “Veg” and “Flower” turned on, and back off the light to reduce the intensity, and your plants will thank you in return with vigorous growth!

Wrong power cable in my LED light: still light when switched down off.Have you ever made this mistake? My second harvest was someway worst then my first. 2 main reasons come to mind after googling:
1. I overwatered thinking it's hard to do since I'm using the Air dome.

Hight ProblemsI’ve got 3 plants in my tent, but they’re all different heights. To compensate, I’ve hung my light at an angle, so one end is closer to the smaller plants.
