The simple answer to this is YES! run your LED light with both “Veg” and “Flower” turned on, and back off the light to reduce the intensity, and your plants will thank you in return with vigorous growth!

Light distance and when to top?I'm using a 300W LED. What distance should I keep the lights at now that I've transplanted and the plants are doing well? I'm thinking 24" and then move up as they grow until flipping. Also, when should I top? I've read that waiting for 6-8 nodes is the right way to go.

Is this a sign of too much light?I’m noticing the leaves grow extremely close to each other, should I be concerned at this stage, should I pull the light higher back? Please Help! Seedlings are cupping and twisting!All my seedings, that are different strains, are tacoing and twisting!! Im starting my seedlings indoors under HLG 65 at 18 in. 78 degrees, 50% RH. I do not understand why they are all doing this (except my white widow) Do i need to move my light further away?
