Looks like the start of a nitrogen toxicity to me. You may want to dial back on nutes for about a week or two. Luckily just the start, however. If you take care with feeding, it shouldn't spread much further.

Yea 7 pH is too high. And if you're going too heavy on the nutes, it's probably really low coming out. It looks like you're overfeeding and have bad pH. This throws off nutrient uptake. You're probably getting too much nitrogen and missing out on others. If the pH coming out is really low (under 6.0), keep feeding at 7.0 without nutrients until it comes out around 6.5. If it's really high coming out (over 7.0), then feed at 6.0 with plain water until it hits 6.5 coming out. Then reintroduce nutrients slowly, starting at 25% of what the bottles recommend. You can then slowly increase nutes until the pH starts getting out of control again. In flower, you can let your pH climb to 6.8 or so.

No its not normal, yes they will be ok. Looks like a bit of nutrient burn caused by improper Ph.. i see you are at 7. This is a little high. Slowly drop it down to 6.8 one watering then to 6.5 on the next making to water till you get some water coming out the bottom. Also well doing this cut your nutrients out for a watering or two. Or if you really feel the need to add something cut it down to like 1/4 or 1/8 of recommended dose.
