My plants are growing well And are quite bushy would it be a good idea to remove some of the fan leaves that are blocking the light to the lower bid sites or should I just allow to grow as they are ? All opinions welcome

You are in veg and some fan leaves are blocking light : remove them ! The stretch will makes the plant grow at least x2 so it will produce new leaves all over. Once in flowering it's too late for an heavy defoliation, but removing fan leaves can be done until the end of the 1st week of flowering if you don't what the process to be harmful for your plant. More light on the buds will provide bigger buds

Hi, on automatics i just would pick away that disturbs the airflow... but the very down area ( 10 cm from the layer, i would tuck away completely) and some leaves who block the budites....... but try to remember, that everything you take away the plant likes to rebuild. but a moderate picking dont harm her
