How much/little should I prune?

I’ve read a lot of conflicting opinions these last few days regarding defoliation/plucking/pruning. Today is day 21 of 12/12 and my only goal is to prevent white powdery mildew. How many leaves would you take off? RH overnight spikes into the high 70’s if the dehumidifier is off

Hey bro! 👋 I would remove all the large developed leaves from the bottom floor, from the second floor I would take half of the developed leaves, and I wouldn't recommend defoliating the top floor with the buds! Overall, I imagined around 30-50 large fan leaves, but it's not worth leaving it completely bald! 👌 From the heart! 😇 Good luck! 👍

although it's a great harvest if you compare the 2 same plants they are totally different in color of buds. Grown in same condition with same lights and feeding? Separated them in Curing because maybe they also will have different smoke and taste and effect? any advice?

Hey guys. I have 4 Autos and 4 Photos Flowering exactly at the same time (long story) I have 8 weeks till I HAVE to harvest. I've just gone from 20/4 to 13hr on and 11hrs off for 5 days. Should I now go 12/12 or should I stay on 13/11 to give the Autos an extra he of light?

Too much foliage? Not too sure.Should I thin this out? The canopy is about 8" deep, so 4 layers of foliage. It looks like it's still a bit much. Should I wait for the stretch to finish up and then defoliate properly? Am I being overly analytical Just need to double check with the professionals. Thanks!

How do you guys check your trichomes? What % of amber do you have? Do check for milky/amber on the leaves or the bud itself? I have a microscope but it’s very hard to use unless I trim a little piece of bud or leaf off and inspect it on a table with my microscope.

Pruning dilemma I am noticing that some leaves are turning yellow at the very bottom of some plants, I think that there is not enough light coming through. So my question is (I did only LST and FIM --> on the main branch on every plant) should I start to prune some branches to empower top part?
