Does someone had problems germinating? 24 hours in a glass of water and then I put them in a wet paper towel in the dark, pH 6.2, temperature at 22 degrees celsius. Someone knows why is this happening? It's the 3rd one so far

If you put it in a Wet Paper Towel you dont need to Soak the Seed beforehand in a Glass of Water. https://www.royalqueenseeds.com/content/45-germinating

Hi there RedPeanut. Germination is the most difficult and most stressful time for a grower. The papertowel method is difficult because you have much more manipulation required. Some seeds are sensitivve to the oil from your skin, it's toxic for them. there is also the issue of humidity and contaminants in the paper towel. My best advice is invest in a propagator, and some root plugs. Think of it this way 3 seeds are gone already so avoiding the next three i guess it is worth at least 20 dollars. right? invest in germination it will pay for itself, and the propagator really helps to keep the perfect environment. Hope this helps ! 🚀
