Day 12 - nothing has happen the last week, why?

Start again, not all seeds make it and if this is all that has been growing since 12 days, forget it.

But yeah 2 weeks nearly is way to long. Take it out shows pics of the rock wool go as far to take it out if it hasn't sprouted your not gonna do it any harm. Good luck. Any more questions hit me up on the chat arrow.

Well did u germinate it, I can't see any pics of her sprouted. What method did u use and for how long. And your PH is confusing. 5.8-7 what's that a guess? Mate with DWC ph/ppm is the most important. Is the water just below the net pot. Cause if the water is reaching the rock wool it's basically rotted away and you'll have to start again. Take away all the clay pebbles and take out the rock wool and see if it's sprouted or even growing roots. Your going to have to go through a process of finding your issue.
