Your lst is looking great. I would normally recommend removing a few leaves but I see that your plant is having a little issue right now so I would focus on correcting that before doing any defoliation. The yellowing in between the veins is a sign of magnesium deficiency but I see you are feeding calmag so I suspect you are getting a lockout from overwatering. I would make sure you have adequate drainage and let the pots dry out pretty well in between waterings. This will allow your roots to get more oxygen and let them absorb nutrients more efficiently. Once you get this fixed then you can start removing some leaves to let the plant get better light. Good luck!

Let your soil dry out before you water. Over watering can cause yellow leaves. Happened to me at the beginning of my grow. I forgot to put in some extra drainage holes. I defoliate a little every day. Take a look at my diary. I figure a few leaves every day is better than a bunch at once.

It looks to me like you are doing well at the LST! You’ll definitely have to continue to adjust your ties almost daily and it is a skill that is learned over time but you are in the right track! It look like the picture of the plant to the right could use some light defoliation on some of the bigger leaves but no need to go crazy just take leaves 🍁 that are I. Your way of other branching!! Good luck 🍀👍

Hi @lavos yes, it's a great phase bro while the plant is still stretching. the secret of defoliation is to do it little by little until the middle of the flowering phase, it is advisable to be little by little for the plant not to stress and to delay and development. I was looking at your diary and I think you should take some bigger leaves off the main branch, it will penetrate much more light on all the other branches
