This is an 8 week life cycle strain, im already past 13 week and the buds look like they will get forever to mature! Any opinion why this happens? Should i proceed to harvest?

defoliate during floweringI defoliated the girls a week before I flipped. Now they are on their first week 12/12 cycle. The bushyness has bounced back right up and it's touching each other. should I leave it till flowering day 21 or cut back now, but I'm worry it will stunt any growth?
