This is an 8 week life cycle strain, im already past 13 week and the buds look like they will get forever to mature! Any opinion why this happens? Should i proceed to harvest?

Germinated seed and put it in the rockwool hole. I covered the hole with a little rockwool to be safe. Is this ok? I was not sure how much space should be between the basket cup and the water. I've read leave a few inches, but seen photos of the basket in water a little?

How low is too low for humidity? The closet I have converted to become my grow room has been sitting naturally at around 30% humidity most of the time, and I worry that its too low. I am using a dome I made out of an old 2 liter bottle as a dome for now.
