I'm keen to give my seedlings the best start in life so have given them 24hr LED grow lights, however I also want them in the greenhouse under natural light. Q) at what point is best to transfer them to the greenhouse?

Not sure about the 24/24 light on : roots require darkness to fully develop. 20H of light and 4H of darkness will probably give you better results than 24H of light. I would try to synchronize the light with the sun and transfer them into the greenhouse once the roots are visible from below and the plants have been repotted in bigger containers. Good luck with these babies !

Automatic strains can stand any light schedule you want some most of the growing give 18/6 but any light schedule is proved to be the best yet. About change for a bigger pot i will advise you do as soon as possible cause i see your roots coming out from your pots already. If you don't want to stress you plant do it fast. Passing to a green house if fine but your lower temperature can not be less than 12'celsius be awere of than. Hoppe it helps on your duties. Happy growings

Once the root ball is established and the temperatures in the greenhouse allow it you can transfer the plants outside, I'd say you're safe in two weeks or later
