Hello There is no problem you can do it. I am a lover of autoflowering and my favorite cycle is 20/4 you can do 12/12 but also 18/6 so that you can grow autoflowering at the same time as feminized This affects your performance May the force be with you💪

well you can let her grow under 12/12 too. A friend of mind does it always. He let his plants grow under 12/12 from beginning to the end . And he dont care about automatic or not. more than 18 hours of light will bring you a better growing / flowering automatic lady. But you can let her run under 12/12 aswell.

@Soup_a_loop Nah its perfectly fine to do that as a matter of fact I have a Fastbuds Gorilla glue Happily flowering along next to two other flowering photo strains in the same tent . The only difference I noticed is that the gorilla glue is not finishing as fast as it did under a longer lighting regime last time I grew it

It is possible to switch to 12/12 when yuo mix up photoperiodic strains with automatic strains but you can't trigger the flower of the automatic with that switch. She will flower when her genetics will tell her. You will get a slightly decreased amount of weight for your automatic when it comes to harvest. She just can't hold up to the photo ladies when you switch to 12/12. I tried this one time and got a loss of about 20% compared to same genetics who got straight 18/6.

no it will be fine as its a auto you can keep it vegging under 24h but it wont grow much after that
