Should you transplant during the process of reveging

I have them on 24 hrs light I think I should wait till I see new leaf growth to transplant them got all three plants from my friend yesterday and they just started flowering while still in solo cups. Im concerned that they won't reveg correctly due to lack of space. Any tips ?

you say the plants just started flowering, (auto Runtz?) IF deffo Photo's - stress flowering from being pot bound is my guess. If you don't pot them on there is a chance they wont re-veg and they go into early Senescence. Pot them on, it does not need to be a much bigger pot, use only a very very light feed until the leaves do their flip and you will be good to go. PS as gmslave advised as well.

Cut your light back to 18 hours to give her some rest. If it's not far into flower it should reveg in a few weeks. C
