Shock or Over-Watering?

I am not sure if the plant is having a transplant shock or over watering. Could anyone help identify? Thank you very much.

And I'm going to jump in here and say I think both Sup3rNov4 and hillman are right... I think it's BOTH transplant shock AND overwatering... I'd leave her alone and just watch her.... let her dry out, let her recover from the transplant.... she should be fine in a week... Good luck!

Personally I think thats transplant shock with a little nutrient shock due to the new media have you done a ph test on the run off?

Looks like overwatering to me. This may be happening due to the mulch, since it prevents the substrate from drying, especially if the area is not very hot and dry. In some conditions mulching the pots is counterproductive.
