What should I do, keep the 20/4 light schedule before the auto plant finishes and after change to 18/6? Or change it right now?

Distance from pot to light during germinationWorried about our light power and distance to the pots, should we be running it at full power with the light higher in the tent or vice versa? TemperatureYes that’s incorrect I don’t have a thermostat just yet but I know the plants happy prob 15 degrees with fan there I don’t wana lift the light just yet as i don’t want it being a talk skinny plant.it’s to be moved in the next 2 e weeks to its bloom cycle

Wich of those cheap lights would be advised under 200€ and that would fit both final vegging state and flowering?
The grow space is 80cmx80cmx160cm and keeping in mind that the weather along with the lack of ventilation budget limits my options to colder leds.
