How to manage grow light height with plants of different sizes?My grow light is suspended (offset from plants) about 10” from the canapy of my two LST’ed plants but only about 6” from my control plant (no LST). Everyone seems happy, and I am not noticing any burns or lack of growth (unless too close can stunt?). Should I rethink the setup?

Light set up.My only question i have is about my light set up. My plants are 7 days today and i noticed that my plants are all facing towards the light. I have my light at 60cm from the top of the plants and 75% on the dimmer. The light is also 1000 Watts. The tent size is 4x4.

Light distance to plants in flower.What is the best light distance during flower?
I'm currently going into my second week of flower and wondering the best height for light. Its currently sitting at 40cm but I have been told to bring it up to 60-70cm during flower?
Any tips would be hugely appreciated.

Change lights off time?I'm having trouble with temperature control. My nights get too cold. My current lights off time is 12am-6am. Is it possible to change it? Should i raise the lamp to force the strech?I had the light the past few weeks 30cm over the plant on 100% wich has 930ppfd in 20h duration it was all together 65 DLI.
I want to force the strech from now. Do you think i should raise the light up tp 50cm over the plant?

Bloom Light SupplementI am a one plant windowsill grower, but having trouble getting enough light for bloom due to cloudy days. I have a three prong red/Blue LED light off Amazon, Wakyme, that is not cutting it. Would this lamp work? Two bulbs. I will have to suspend it from a clothes rack.
