Light hanging distance

I’m not sure how high to hang my light. My plants seem to be all staying extremely squat and not stretching, though all seem healthy. I’ve been fiddling between 18-28 inches and 600-800 ppfd (ios meter app) and I can’t find a distance that seems to make them happier. D26 autos

Yep, 22-24 inches away.
Autos are normally quite squat growing when they are happy.
Unless you are leaving the lights at a particular distance for 7-10 days, you will not be able to tell if that distance is good or bad.

La distancia de la lámpara depende mucho de la temperatura que aguanten las plantas, por lo tanto una buena ventilación es imprescindible.
A simple vista yo te recomendaría que les subieras la humedad a un 70% y pongas la lámpara a una distancia que no sobrepase de 24 grados en la sala.

Lights Got Stuck On When It Should Have Been DarkI found last night that the timer for my lights got stuck on for close to 8 hours past when it should have been in dark period. Too close to the “sun”(light).... any advice?My plant grew close to 4x it’s original size during her stretch, 10-12” on day one of 12/12 to 46” tall.
