Light hanging distance

I’m not sure how high to hang my light. My plants seem to be all staying extremely squat and not stretching, though all seem healthy. I’ve been fiddling between 18-28 inches and 600-800 ppfd (ios meter app) and I can’t find a distance that seems to make them happier. D26 autos

Yep, 22-24 inches away.
Autos are normally quite squat growing when they are happy.
Unless you are leaving the lights at a particular distance for 7-10 days, you will not be able to tell if that distance is good or bad.

La distancia de la lámpara depende mucho de la temperatura que aguanten las plantas, por lo tanto una buena ventilación es imprescindible.
A simple vista yo te recomendaría que les subieras la humedad a un 70% y pongas la lámpara a una distancia que no sobrepase de 24 grados en la sala.

WHAT IS CAUSING MY LEAVES TO CURL? (Day 64 pictures)The leaves at the top of the plant seem to be curling up. My first guess is that there is too much light. When i grew non auto i just had them 3 weeks then switch the light time and changed 400w to a 600w. I learned that because they used to get hella big. And in Auto seeds i switch the spectrum after 3 weeksWeek 7

I have a Fast Eddy CBD autoflower grow on its 6th week and in full flower. I have been using a 150W UFO full spectrum light in a bucket, but I have another 150w UFO light that is all red. So my question is, would it help or make any difference if I changed it?

Please Help! Seedlings are cupping and twisting!All my seedings, that are different strains, are tacoing and twisting!! Im starting my seedlings indoors under HLG 65 at 18 in. 78 degrees, 50% RH. I do not understand why they are all doing this (except my white widow) Do i need to move my light further away?
