Can I switch my lighting schedule ?

Hello everyone. 1st grow here. I'd like to swap my lighting (automatic plants) from [4am:midnight] to [4pm:noon] just to keep the temperature a little higher at night. Is it doable while not hurting the ladies or should I shift it an hour per day to change the cycle ?

Сколько минимум, сколько норма, и сколько будет света прям за глаза прям. Светильники на 500w 100х100см LED.
