They dry out after a while so they need to be replaced. Some of the good ones have replaceable tips so you dont have to buy a completely new unit. Cheers

Slow release soilI know it isnt ideal but how bad is osmocote soil which has slow release shit for the plant? Ive heard some say it works surprisingly fine, i do plan to eventually get the canna terra range of soil and veg/flower nutrients (probs next grow)

Will excessively aerating and circulation change the PH?I have a reservoir which holds my nutrients until they need to be used. Recently I had added in a pump for circulation in addition to my air stone. Since then my solution has been rising to over 7 within a few hours. I adjust back down and it goes back up again?
