Timing of flowers on 3 different plants (1 plant offset by a set of leaves)

If I have two plants with two sets of leaves going on three, and a runt (ruuuuddy....ruudddy....and so on) thatsjust coming into two, will they all still flower at the same time? All the same seed I believe, but Rudy shares a pot...Also, these are autos. Much thanks in advance.

Autos can start to flower anywgere from 3 weeks on. Autos are like lighting a fuse, you dont really have any control.

A while back I had two of the same variety. One did great and as you would expect. The other was wrinkled and weird looking right from the start. The runt was much stunted in growth but it still flowered at about the same time as it's healthy sister and they were both ready for harvest at about the same time.

Should I wait to flip?Since I just transplanted and amended my soil using gaia green amendments and geared them towards veg. I know the general rule is to allow 2 weeks for them organic amendments to break down, will that deter me from flipping to flower next week or should I wait if so how long?

trichomes are all milky cloudy, but no sign of amber trichomes, flowers are too heavy and stems can't support the weight
