I see you got some mildew there, usually a sign of a struggling plant (even without taking environmental conditions into account). Be careful with your watering. Make sure it gets good light and that humidity isn't very high. Also make sure the plant doesn't have extended times of dryness (mildew is VERY prone to appear after a plant went through some excessively dry stages).
And I would highly recommend you wipe/wash off the mildew while it's still young (you can use potassium bicarb or tartaric acid in a spray as foliar feed, which should alleviate some of that). Other cheap options for washing that off includes citric acid, sulphur, bicarb and hydrogen peroxide.
