Do I need to cover the stem with soil up to the first leaves?

Do I need to get my plant in the soil up to the first two leaves? Is this important? In that case i’ll try to cut a bottle and fill it up to the first two leaves.

You should make sure to fill soil up in container but it don't need to be at the leaves.

enlonged buds The younger plant has developed flowers in an enlonged shape. The plant herself has grew a lot during her cycle (plant on the left day 72) and I can't understand the reason. Maybe some stress due to the hot temperature in the box during the veg (30ºC as peaks sometimes).Any idea?

Plants too tall in back row.The plant's in the back row are too tall. We cut the tops of the trellis boxes off about 18 inches. Even with LST I still think they're too tall. With the plants in pre-flowering (10 days) should we cut the top of the plants off or is this a bad choice? What do you recommend?

I have a bit of an unconventional question :D How stop stretch/grow and start flowering in autoflowers?Is it possible stop the growth or is it possible to switch my autoflower with change photoperiod like a normal flower?
