Is it time for LST?

Do you think I should start LST for ALH girls or wait a while? Friends who do the same Grow usually continue by doing LST on the 3rd and 5th weeks. I would be glad if you examine the photos below and enlighten me on this subject.

Hi mate, i wouldn't train any autos as it causes them so much stress it hurts your yield. If you have a photo i would wait till she is more mature before doing lst. goos luck and happy growing

I do not like to defoliate but this plant is very bushy, opinions advice on whether to defoliate a little bit or not? autos growing too tall?First time grower, 5 plants (autos) just over 5 weeks from germination in greenhouse (50-60cm in height), wondering if they are growing too tall and if it is too late to either top or carry out some low stress training at this stage? Any other advice welcome. Thank you all

Days between LST for mainline/manifold training For mainlining, after the first cut, do I need to move the soft garden ties out as the new growth tips grow? LST Nutrients to get I must of misunderstood him but he told me if I did encounter a problem to flush them with just pHd water a few times . luckily I haven't encountered any nutrient burn yet. But once again just learning as I go and asking as many questions as possible. Thanks!
