LST/Topping for autoflowers?

Growing an afghan kush auto and a skunk villain auto (both 5 gal pots) in a snug 2.5 x 2.5. Wanting a uniform height I wasn't sure if I should top and/or train either- was thinking LST for the Skunk? Would also like to keep height mod. without sacrificing too much on the harvest.

I topped autos many times because I used a long but low closet and they always recovered fine. But you can't just choose to let them recover the way that you want.
So when you've got the space and height I would recommend LST and just bend the higher branches down so that the lower branches will grow at the same height and for that recieve the same light from your lamp.

Although some people successfully top autos, it's really not recommended... LST and scrogging would be the techniques you should consider first.. Autos have a set schedule inside them and major stress can disrupt that... they really don't have TIME to recover from it...

Should I defoliate after topping with LST ?I just did my first topping and she took it very well, no signs of stress and actually growing really fast I think.
I was thinking about LST the top colas so the lower ones can reach that height, should I cut the top leaves shadowing the lower future colas?

When to start 12/12Hi people. My plants are on vegetation day 26 and are 8 inches tall. My tent setup can give them room for 15 more inches for a total of 23 inches height from soil to top.

Fuck. First week of 12-12 and I almost accidentally top this plant. Broke the stem enough to cause it to bleed on one side. Think it will hold/heal?Accidentally broke one side of this stem while attempting LST through a lattice. My idea was, instead of simply topping, to bend the plant downwards into the lattice to keep it down. Problem I'm trying to solve is plants keep growing too close to lights. Thoughts? ✌️

Accidently topped my autoflower, we it survive/rebound?Day 24 in my first ever grow. Mephisto northern cheese haze auto. Did a round of LST/Tucking last night, woke up to a fully broken off top growth of the main stem, effectively topping it(?). Is there anything I can/should do? Will it bounce back or should I start another grow?

What is the risk to apply HS training(Topping Defoliation) to the strain for which LST/SCRoG is recommended?I am growing Auto Black Opium(Divine Seeds).
The description says SCROG and LST work good.
I started bending it recently and did 1 time topping earlier.
