Light schedule before outdoor

I am starting my auto guérilla inside. Should I put them 24h of light then put them outside? With 16h of sun a day. Or it will shock them and it’s better to begin them with 16h of light before outdoor?

I would go for a more realistic light schedule like 18 or 20. Starting them on 24 hours and then moving outside might not be the best idea

Be kind to your seedlings and match indoor light time with outdoor light time, therefore 16 hours. No plant should ever be grown without a sleep period, it is extremely un-natural and highly stressful, especially for seedlings. Every living thing needs an awake/sleep/awake/sleep cycle to function normally. Cannabis when grown under lights is best performing when given at maximum an 18/6 schedule, it can only grow so much in any 24 hour period and 18 hours is maximum and optimum. I would suggest the 16 hour schedule you are thinking about, this will provide ample growth for your seedlings and be the least stressful for them too. Hope this helps,........ Organoman.

Hi mate, growing outdoors can be fun. Plants get what they get though. I like to grow my seedlings on 24hr for the first week. Gives them a good start, plus the extra CO2 available in the house does give them a boost. Putting them outside after this period won't shock them. It will just give them the time to really grow. Having a plant at 24hrs all the time will stress them, they like their rest. Good luck and happy growing

I would go 18:6 if you’re going outside. The only important part is to set it out daily for a few hours the week before you plan to leave outside (harden off) the sun is way brighter than any grow light so you have to ease them into it either way. Hope that helps and happy growing!!!
