You must use clones, growing a SoG from seeds must be done with a strain 100% stabilized with all traits locked, meaning by this that each seeds must be twins and provide exactly the same phenotypes. You must not train them. Use small pots (7-10 L), grow an army, enough to fill up 1sq. meter of Tops in 4 weeks ( approx. 20 plants ) of Vegging. Switch to flowering after 4 weeks maximum.

It's a bit late but I would do a little low stress training on the tall bits. If you have plants that are short I would set on bricks to raise so their tops are closer to the taller plants.
