Here is a site I like: https://www.ledtonic.com/blogs/guides/dli-daily-light-integral-chart-understand-your-plants-ppfd-photoperiod-requirements The chart has hours of light on the left and PPFD across the top. With that it is easy to adjust time and/or light intensity. For example, auto's can be done at a lower PPFD for 20 hours while a photo plant can have the same daily PPFD intake but cranked up to higher power and getting all of it's light in 12 hours.

Run a progressive light schedule, put the lights all the way at the top and set it to 25% with the dimmer. At the seedling stage, put them at the corner not direct under the light. Let the plants tell you when they want more light. Praying leaves is a sign that they need more light, curled down like a taco means they are getting too much. Gradually place them towards the light. You can veg them like this for about 6 weeks, then put the dimmer on 50% for 4 weeks or so. After that 3 weeks on 75% and finish the last 3 weeks of the grow on 100%. Roughly based on 4weeks seedling stage, 4weeks of veg and 8 weeks of flower. Adjust depending on your situation or what the plants tell you. GL!

New grower here, ran this light for my seedlings then for my clones then am currently using it as a side light. I can only speak on my experience I ran it around 14 inches from seedlings and there’s was no stretch from them and no burn, if you go to my diary. Sorry it’s not much help for as I have not used it as my main light for a grow but the light is great for 100 watts output in my opinion. Happy growing man

Hi mate, if you have an android phone you can download an app called light lux. Using Lux gives you a good idea of PAR. 60000 lux is around 500 par so that is a good setting for veg/ early flower. Around 20000-30000 for seedlings. It will keep you right where you need to be. Good luck and happy growing
