Hey mate, they are looking good! Maybe a bit overwatered. Have your pots got any drainage holes? Also how often are you watering? Are you allowing the soil to dry out a little before the next watering?

No growth in the last 7 days or so. Other growers experience more growth with the same plant.My plant isn't growing any more. It's looking the same for the last week or so.
The soil is fermented and should be good for 3 months and I mixed that with perlite.
I water the plant every two days with 0.5 - 0.75 L of water, because I don't want to overwater her
