I have several question about my setup for the first week:

Hi there. I’m on my first grow and have the Mars hydro I started at 25% 18 inches and slowly lowered it and ended up at 12 and they was very happy. As I turned up the light as it whent into veg I increased the hight back up to 18 inch, plants are now flowing at around 15 inches Like I say first grow Check out my grow it may help for ideas Good luck 🤙🤙🤙

hi there Holly, everything looks fine to me , the distance and the shell, usually it will fall by itself , but if you're careful you can do it with your fingers . With 25% intensity, you might want to move the light closer to the plant maybe something like 40-60 cm, depends how the seedling reacts, if it stretches it's too far, if it stays too short it's too close.
