Should roots come out of fabric pots?

So i just noticed that i got roots busting out the bottom of my 5gallon fabric pots.. Is that normal and ok?

It’s fine. Means you got some strong roots for one, and it will just air prune the roots and cause them to grow stronger within the pot. No worries!

Slow growth / not spreading out much / compact plant. What gives ? Should I attempt to defoliate to get more light in there / pump more nutes ?Any advice on making it grow faster ? I'm in the 7th week of veg and it's not as bushy as it should. Still growing, just slow. It doesn't seem to want to spread much horizontally / fan leaves are staying relatively small. Root loss shock?Can I do anything?! I had her in with another seedling for the 1st 14 days and when I went to transplant them into their own pots their roots were completely entwined around each other. I tried to separate them but a good chunk of roots came away. They have both wilted badly!Week 2

I dropped my once healthy seedling, canna ambulance needed!!My crit auto was growing just fine in a cup for 10 days (I’m a newb and obvs now I know not to transplant autos, but hey 🤦♀️🏽) anyway today clumsy/accident/fall/landed head first!
