The manufacturer has an excellent knowledge base for these lights. It suggests distances and shows umol/(s*m^2)
200-400umol/s for seedling and into early vege
Then, 500-600 or so for vege over 18+ hours -- depends on DLI whether you have CO2 etc...
over 12 hours, you want 50% more than 18 hours.
