Can DWC compete with Ebb and Flow?

I've seen incredible growth with flood and drain systems using giant netcups of hydroton but the upkeep is a burden. Can DWC compete in terms of yield and quality? The simplicity of DWC is very appealing to me. Anyone tried both?

Smelly Autopot Reservoir. Normal? Advanced Nutes. Water pump stirs every 15 minutes for 4 minutes. Hole in cover blocked Looking for experience with the Autopot system. This is the first time I have used it. 12gal reservoir. I change out the res weekly but by the end of the week it has a foul smell to it. Cleaned each time with half bottle of 3% Peroxide. Well water PPM/EC looks REALLY high. What to do?I just did a quick test of our well water with a new cheap little meter and found that with our softening system on I hit 267PPM and an EC of 568(!). When I bypass the softening system I end up with 209ppm and and EC of ~450. Am I killin' my own plants?

65% RH in early Flower to reduce VPD to 1.3 ? good / bad ?I have the problem that I should give my plants more light to benefit from the C02 I have increased day 5 Flower from 25 to 30 DLI. Environment 24C Leaf temp 25.5-26C leafe vpd 1.3 @65RH have tried to raise the light and turn it up more to get back to 30 dli, leaf temp unchanged

Trouble keeping my RH below 65% in grow tent (I water once per 24hrs, 20% runoff)Hello fellow growers! I am having trouble keeping my RH lower than 65%. Any ideas (without using a dehumidifier)? For extraction, I have a RAM mixed flow with a passive intake. It seems for the space (0.8mx0.8m), that this is more than enough. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

Isolating grow tent humidity I recently got a humidifier as my tents RH was 25% with no correction. When I first put it in it didnt do much because of my exhaust fan. Untill the room it vented into was the RH I wanted my tent to be it didnt stabalize. I dont want the whole room at 60% RH though. Advice?
