Can DWC compete with Ebb and Flow?

I've seen incredible growth with flood and drain systems using giant netcups of hydroton but the upkeep is a burden. Can DWC compete in terms of yield and quality? The simplicity of DWC is very appealing to me. Anyone tried both?

Is a dehumidifier needed for my setup?Tent size is 4'x2'x5'. Humidity ranges from 50-70 and average temperature is 80F.
There are 3 plants (3 gallons - 6 weeks of age) and 1 plant (1 gallon - 1 week), with plans to add one more 3or5 gallon pot.
Given this info, will I require a dehumidifier? If so, what size?Week 6

Growing with tent size for 9 plants?1st grow and 9 seedlings going, set up with 2x2 tent, 250W and good air flow. Came as a grow kit for 9 plants (1 gallon pots) from my trustworthy grow shop but seeing more like 2-4 plants on this site for this space. is 9 plants a lost cause with proper care and training?
