A little difficult to decide on the pictures - but yes, I would say that your plant is ready for harvest - at least from picture number 1 👌

Lower buds crumbled at harvestHi growmates, I tried flushing the last week, and the plant seemed to die, with buds beginning to dry. When I harvested, the lower buds just crumbled. The colas though were still tight. Do you think I should have kept giving nutrients to the end? Has anyone experienced this?
