For the seedling stage: Is the LED power at 25% (mars hydro TS1000) and a distance of 60cm from the plant adequate, or can I reduce the distance for better growth during this stage??

⚠️ The lamp manufacturer indicates 20% power at 24 inches (61cm) for SEEDLINGS, 50% at 18 inches (45cm) for VEG, and 100% at 12 inches (30cm) for FLOW. I'm new to these more sophisticated equipment and want to learn the best settings to optimize my results.

Hi! I think the best way to determine the height and power is to check the girls daily and see how they grow. If they seem to stretch more you can lower the light and if they are growing too stacked with barely any internodal space you can lift it even higher and remember to add more power as they get bigger

Full power at 60-75cm would be my suggestion. If you need to run at 25% for some reason (it's only 150w, I believe), then I would lower it to 45cm but if they aren't stretching maybe you're good...
