Anyone who uses fox farms happy frog? Transplanting 3 week seedlings

Transplanting in to fox farms happy frog. First time using this soil, anyone who has experience with it and tips for successful transplant would be much appreciated. Heard ocean forest is “pretty hot soil” and not to use nutes for a few weeks, seeing if this is similar

Once you transplant your soil should have enough nutrion in it for a while. Its not as hot as some soils. If you have any rooting nutrients I would use them for a few weeks.

As hashy said you wont need nutes for a little while and definitely get soom root enhancement products. I use biobizz light mix and I believe it to be similar to FF. I didnt use nute for the first 10 days. Then I gave a very light feed to see how they took it, personally I thought I overfed, but I didnt, it helped massively and they were bushy little monsters in no time! Good choice on the soil btw, if i could get FF i would have done. Hope this helps
