Absolutely, the best time to do what you need to do. Light stress actually lowers the stretch a little. If I am going to remove leaves, I do it when switched to 12 12

Plants too Tall for LST Hello guys, I'm a beginner here and I need your help.My six plant are doing very well but are too much tall for LST.
