I'm mid way through week5 flower but am thinking is it only really week 4 flower I started counting the days as soon as I switched to 12-12 should I have waited until I seen first white hairs then start counting the weeks from there

It is up to you.
Personally I count from when the first pistils appear, but others will count from the day the light cycle was changed.

I start counting when the wisp of pistils start forming. It to me puts me about right with the breeders timeline for flowering days. Hope this helps you

Why does this take so long ?I have three Thai landrace Mekong sativas from Ace Seeds (you can check my diary). Is it normal for them to take this long? I'm in week 16, and there's still no sign of trichomes. One of them is only in the early flowering stage. It seems really weird.

Weird Autos (RQS NLA, same strain) still vegging day 50. Only some preflower, but nice plants. WHAT would YOU do?!This is the most unpredictable auto flowers I've ever had. It will be 50 days soon and only preflower on one plant. Ive used a 12/12 light schedule on autos before. Should I try this on these plants? If, so keep it 12/12 untill the end?
